Returns
You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@instepbicycletrailer.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
